Applied Materials Korea · Technical Program Project Management (TPM) · May 2025 – May 2026

  • RFID for Customer Demo Wafers across all Korea sites in about eight months, against a two-year plan — as the sole on-site GIS representative.
  • 18 small meeting rooms installed and tested over a two-day weekend after advance preparation; the vendor later told me it reused the sequence for other clients.
  • Procurement to handover: integration and acceptance testing, 4W1H reporting adopted in week four, reports and manuals.

  • KRW 350M secured across four consecutive competitive government R&D programs, with zero compliance issues.
  • Platform PM and Technical Lead for about two years with an external development team; built the KNN similarity search and AND/OR filtering myself.
  • TKYNX received the Herald Corporation CEO Award at the 15th Korea SME and Mid-sized Enterprise Innovation Awards (2023).
